Senior Data Scientist - AI & Healthcare Analytics

This Senior Data Scientist role is focused on leading AI and ML initiatives in the healthcare and health insurance domain, driving innovation through advanced GenAI, deep learning, and cloud-native analytics. You will lead and mentor a team of data scientists and AI engineers, define the AI/ML roadmap for healthcare analytics, and partner with business stakeholders and technology leaders to translate complex healthcare challenges into scalable AI solutions. The role requires hands-on expertise building RAG pipelines, multi-agentic workflows, and prompt-based learning systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, HuggingFace, and LLMs including GPT, Gemini, and LLaMA. You will design and manage cloud-native AI/ML solutions on Azure, AWS, and GCP leveraging Databricks, SageMaker, and Vertex AI, and ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and responsible AI principles including fairness, transparency, and explainability. Strong background in healthcare claims, clinical data, and member datasets, along with proficiency in Python, PySpark, and MLOps practices, is essential.
