This Engagement Manager and Principal Consultant role focuses on Revenue Growth Management (RGM) analytics for CPG and FMCG clients across global markets including Americas, Europe, Asia, and ANZ. You will lead consulting engagements on pricing strategy, promotion analysis, and trade promotions, developing and implementing pricing models to forecast the impact of changes on sales and profitability. The role involves conducting post-promotion evaluations to measure ROI, making data-driven recommendations on trade promotions, and preparing analytical reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders. You will drive continuous improvement in pricing and promotion processes, manage client relationships across large-scale programs, and contribute thought leadership on RGM strategy and tactics. Strong expertise in syndicated sales data, trade promotion data, POS data, and the ability to apply regression and machine learning models to derive actionable insights are essential.
