Lead HANA Architect

This Lead HANA Architect role guides strategic SAP HANA implementations for enterprise clients in manufacturing and industrial sectors, leading architectural decisions and driving team mentoring. You will lead discussions on SAP HANA strategies including evaluating SAP-native versus cloud-native paths such as Rise with SAP versus AWS or Snowflake hybrid architectures, and advise on roadmaps covering scalability, security, and cost optimization. The role requires deep expertise across the SAP ERP ecosystem including FI/CO, SD for Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and MM, as well as experience collaborating with stakeholders on solution blueprints, governance frameworks, and AI/ML integrations for forecasting and analytics. You will mentor and lead a team of HANA developers, overseeing design, development, and best practices. SAP HANA Architect certification and a background in industrial or manufacturing ERP environments are key requirements.
