GIS Team Member

This role sits within the Global Business Resilience team under Corporate Security and focuses on Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery (DR) governance. You will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and updating DR policies, frameworks, processes, and test standards to ensure they remain audit-ready at all times. The role requires identifying operational gaps and business continuity risks, recommending corrective solutions, and aligning BC/DR plans with IT dependencies identified through Business Impact Assessments. You will coordinate and participate in BCM and DR testing exercises, report results to leadership, and ensure all DR data is accurately captured in the BCM tool. Supporting the operational transition of BCM processes to ServiceNow by coordinating with process owners is also a key responsibility. Internationally recognized certifications in BCM or DR are required for this role.
