This role functions as an Integrated Solutions Technology Coach, responsible for reviewing and guiding the development of client proposals in response to RFPs and RFIs. You will partner with lead Solution Architects to understand client requirements, bid objectives, and evaluation criteria, then help build compelling and differentiated solution frameworks. The position supports both large-scale deals (above $50M TCV) and standard pursuits ($5M–$50M TCV), contributing to win themes, executive summaries, and integrated solution narratives. A strong grasp of technology platforms, architecture patterns, GenAI, and Agentic AI frameworks is essential to recommend innovative solutions for enterprise transformation. You will collaborate across GSA, sales, delivery, and AI practice teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client expectations and organizational strategy. The ability to resolve solution bottlenecks and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders is a core expectation of this role.
