Senior AI Engineer - LLMOps

This Senior AI Engineer role leads the development, deployment, and operationalization of large language model-based solutions within the organization. You will define the vision for LLMOps, architect and implement end-to-end LLM workflows including fine-tuning, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring, and establish best practices for model governance, CI/CD pipelines, and responsible AI. The role involves collaborating with product and business teams to align LLM capabilities with organizational goals, overseeing integration of LLMs with enterprise systems and APIs, and leading pre-sales and proposal efforts for LLM-based engagements. You will build and mentor a high-performing team of ML engineers and AI specialists, develop strategic partnerships with platforms like Hugging Face and LangChain, and stay current with emerging generative AI frameworks. Deep experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, containerized workflows, and cloud-native MLOps tools is essential.
