Project Manager - ADM

This Project Manager role within IBM''s Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) practice leads cross-functional teams to deliver custom software development solutions or manage the maintenance and support of existing applications. You will develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and staffing requirements, ensuring effective resource allocation and on-time delivery within scope, cost, and quality constraints. The role involves establishing robust communication plans to provide regular status updates to stakeholders and managing teams that span IBM employees, client staff, and third-party vendors. You will apply project management methodologies and tools to ensure successful outcomes, identify and resolve risks proactively, and ensure all deliverables meet business requirements and contractual obligations. Experience with Agile methodologies and IT service management principles is a valued complement to core project management expertise.
