Business Analyst - ADM

This Business Analyst role is embedded within IBM''s Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) practice and is responsible for facilitating requirement workshops, gathering and documenting business requirements, and guiding cross-functional delivery teams. You will develop process maps, use case documentation, and business case analyses that enable technical and vendor teams to build solutions aligned with business objectives. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. You will perform impact and gap analysis to identify risks and improvement opportunities, and collaborate closely with development teams to translate business requirements into feasible designs. Comfortable working within SDLC frameworks, you will ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet agreed-upon business outcomes.
