Senior Software Developer

This Senior Software Developer role specializes in technical support and development for IBM InfoSphere Optim, a data management solution covering archiving, test data management, data protection, and governance. You will provide advanced customer support using problem determination and root cause identification skills, maintain and enhance Java and C++ based components, debug and deliver product fixes, and configure Optim environments for support and education scenarios. The role involves participating in a global 24x7 follow-the-sun support model, collaborating with international teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues. You will develop and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles, and manage daily request and priority queues. Experience with Optim Archive, Data Privacy, and Test Data Management deployments on distributed or z/OS environments is a strong advantage.
