SOC Analyst L2

This Level 2 SOC Analyst role involves providing advanced security consulting support to client IT teams, helping them understand and address key security vulnerabilities and exposures. You will develop and recommend security strategies using principles of counter-threat intelligence, conduct proactive threat hunting, and leverage tools such as QRadar to analyze and mitigate cyber threats. The role requires handling SIEM offenses, incidents, DLP alerts, forensic investigations, and SOAR workflows, ensuring a comprehensive security operations posture. You will clearly communicate IBM''s SIOC and SIEM perspectives to clients, including financial implications of security strategy decisions. The position also involves leading the team as a subject matter expert and maintaining strong client communication to deliver tailored, effective security solutions.
