Stress Testing Analyst

This Stress Testing Analyst role is part of the Data and Systems OBI team within Finance, focused on ensuring data and system readiness for planning and stress testing cycles. You will be responsible for managing data flows and data quality from contributors through to regulatory submissions, maintaining BAU systems for capital and funding plan generation, and driving process reengineering initiatives. The role involves coordinating and project managing stress testing delivery cycles, documenting regulatory requirements, and providing ongoing governance support including engagement with regulators, internal boards, and external auditors. You will own the control environment for the Finance Testing Cycle and collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into system solutions. Proficiency in tools such as Alteryx, Python, Tableau, and SQL is essential.
