This Technical Lead L1 role is centered on supporting process delivery and enhancing team capability within a Python for Data Science-focused operational environment. You will oversee daily transactions, review performance dashboards, and provide technical guidance and coaching to Production Specialists to help them improve against performance parameters. The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical escalations from clients, ensuring SLA compliance, and proactively identifying trends in client issues to prevent recurrence.
