Associate Consultant -Tech
This role is within the Deal Advisory Integration & Separation (I&S) team, focused on supporting M&A transactions end-to-end. You will provide daily support to the Integration/Separation Management Office (IMO/SMO) and assist multiple work streams in achieving their objectives during integration or separation projects. Responsibilities include working with cross-functional teams to implement services, leading team interviews and workshops, and assisting in the development and presentation of final project deliverables. You will proactively coordinate with onshore engagement teams to secure new work, obtain clarifications, communicate progress, and gather post-delivery feedback. The role involves supporting analytics on synergy and separation projects, drafting synergy commentary reports, and owning and maintaining financial models. When not on active projects, you will help senior colleagues prepare proposal materials. Strong proficiency in advanced PowerPoint and Excel (Macros, VBA) is essential, along with experience managing complex initiatives across the full M&A lifecycle including Day 1 Readiness, TSA, TOM development, and Synergy Benefits planning.
