This role involves providing Microsoft 365 and SharePoint support to business sectors for their go-to-market (GTM) presence. You will work extensively with the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Co-pilot Studio, to help digitize and automate business processes.
Key responsibilities include setting up intranet communication and collaboration sites, supporting GTM portal design and architecture, and managing the development and maintenance of SharePoint sites and TeamSites. You will contribute to building the Knowledge Management (KM) strategy for sectors in consultation with the Global Sector Network and formalize SharePoint support aligned with the overall GCM KM strategy.
You will manage delivery of all portal, content, and TeamSite services offered to the business while driving continuous improvement programs. The role also involves ideating, designing, and deploying communication and awareness channels using MS Teams and news pages. You will assess site effectiveness through metrics, surveys, and working group calls, and proactively propose solutions and enhancements to existing program designs and processes.
Additionally, you will train and mentor junior resources, lead network calls, develop knowledge strategies, conduct global KM awareness sessions, and manage senior stakeholders independently.
