As a Procurement Operations Specialist focused on Contract Management, you will analyze external and internal client requirements alongside supplier solutions to draft highly customized, multi-tower complex outsourcing agreements. This role demands a strong understanding of contract law to create a variety of stand-alone custom agreements that protect internal client interests.
You will collaborate extensively with internal stakeholders to ensure both internal and external client needs are accurately reflected in supplier agreements, making strategic decisions on the appropriate contract vehicles and terms. Building and maintaining supplier relationships will be essential, as you will need to develop deep knowledge of each supplier's product and service model to support effective negotiation and agreement drafting.
You will negotiate with internal clients to align their requirements with the supplier's service model at target pricing, presenting proposed contracts and leading stakeholder calls to gather timely input. Managing and coordinating internal client team members to provide technical, business, and financial requirement inputs in a timely manner is a key part of the role. A Bachelor's degree is required, and candidates with a legal education background and experience in complex outsourcing environments will be preferred.
