Senior - SAP-SF-RCM
As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors RCM Consultant at KPMG, you will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and managing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) solutions for various clients. The role requires a minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience with the SAP SuccessFactors RCM module, including at least 2 end-to-end implementations. You will work directly with clients to understand their recruiting requirements, configure and customize the RCM module, and ensure successful deployment. Team handling experience is preferred, and you should demonstrate strong client-facing abilities. The ideal candidate will possess agility and willingness to quickly acquire new competencies and adapt to changing project environments. A bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field is required, and SAP certification is a plus.
