The Oracle HCM Assistant Manager will lead and deliver Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects, owning the functional solution across modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Workforce Rewards, Workforce Management, and HR Help Desk. This role involves working closely with clients and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable HCM solutions while ensuring high-quality delivery. The consultant will provide thought leadership, mentor junior team members, and support testing, training, and UAT activities. In addition, the role contributes to presales engagements by supporting solution design, effort estimation, and business development initiatives.
