About the Role

The Senior ServiceNow Consultant will be part of a high-performing implementation and transformation team delivering end-to-end ServiceNow projects. This role focuses on leading complex ServiceNow implementations across ITSM and related modules, working closely with multiple stakeholders in agile, sprint-based delivery models. The consultant will design scalable technical solutions, act as a solution architect or senior developer when required, and guide teams on best development practices. The role also involves driving innovation, process automation, and contributing to practice development through presales, hiring, or resourcing initiatives.
