About the Role
The Office Services Administrator is responsible for managing day-to-day office services and facilities operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace. The role includes vendor management, transport operations, soft services such as cleaning and catering, event coordination, budget tracking, compliance activities, and internal audits. You will manage service requests through ticketing tools, maintain operational data, generate dashboards and reports, and drive continuous process improvements through automation and innovation.
