Join Performance Improvement CoE to support cost reduction and optimization activities through Procurement solutions including spend analytics, maturity assessment, and vendor strategy. Own end-to-end delivery of procurement projects, assist case teams with spend analysis, analyze client data from P&L, ERP systems, and supplier databases, deliver procurement solutions across spend analytics, savings lever design, strategic sourcing, and create dashboard-based deliverables using Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI. Lead workstreams with 1-2 analysts, engage in IP development, and deliver implementable solutions. Requires 3-5 years experience (undergrad) or 1-3 years (postgrad) in procurement, spend analysis, category management, or cost transformation with procurement function and category-specific experience as a plus.
