Fixed term 8-month contract supporting Lateral Hiring for Expert Clients Delivery, Business Services, and Business Functions at BCN India. Independently drive talent acquisition efforts, manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions, develop and manage proactive candidate pipelines, collaborate with hiring managers on targeted recruiting strategies, stay current on industry trends, track and analyze key recruiting metrics like time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates, provide market insights and data-driven recommendations, and mentor junior team members while improving recruiting processes. Requires 4-7 years experience with MBA in Human Resources, proven talent acquisition experience with focus on proactive sourcing, strong communication skills, familiarity with LinkedIn and sourcing tools, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for MIS reporting.
