Drive the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native identity services including authentication, authorization, single sign-on, and governance frameworks. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Security, Infrastructure, and Platform teams to embed Zero Trust principles, ensure compliance, and deliver secure, high-availability systems at global scale. Lead multiple engineering teams, foster a developer-first culture, integrate AI-driven automation and anomaly detection, and establish operational excellence across reliability, performance, and security. Mentor senior leaders and engineers while influencing enterprise-wide identity and platform strategy.
