Senior Technical Architect

This Senior Technical Architect role is responsible for leading end-to-end Salesforce implementation lifecycles, from scoping through deployment, with a specialization in the Salesforce Communications Cloud and Industries platform. You will design and build enterprise-grade solutions using Salesforce Industries, OmniStudio, and the Force.com platform, lead functional and technical workshops, and serve as a trusted advisor to client Enterprise Architects and business stakeholders. The role involves architecting solutions for complex business processes, designing integration architectures including REST and SOAP APIs, and guiding development teams in applying Apex design patterns, LWC, and Lightning Flows. You will proactively identify and manage risk areas, establish architectural roadmaps, and negotiate solutions to complex technical problems with clients and third-party partners. Deep expertise in Salesforce Communication Cloud, Vlocity OmniStudio, and integration architecture combined with strong client-facing consulting experience is required.
