This Manager/Senior Manager of Internal Recruiting role serves as a strategic talent leader and trusted advisor to senior leadership in India, driving the end-to-end internal mobility and talent strategy across the region. You will build, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters, own the full recruitment lifecycle, and deliver executive-level reporting on internal talent flows, team performance, and talent trends.
