Manager/Sr. Manager - Internal Recruiting

This Manager/Senior Manager of Internal Recruiting role serves as a strategic talent leader and trusted advisor to senior leadership in India, driving the end-to-end internal mobility and talent strategy across the region. You will build, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters, own the full recruitment lifecycle, and deliver executive-level reporting on internal talent flows, team performance, and talent trends. The role requires close partnership with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition partners, and business leaders to align internal recruiting strategies with organizational growth goals. You will champion a best-in-class candidate experience, ensure equitable and transparent processes for all internal candidates, and lead cross-functional projects to continuously evolve recruiting tools and programs at both regional and global levels.
