This Readiness Architect role within the Cloud Success Readiness team is responsible for maintaining deep product knowledge of the Salesforce Industries Cloud portfolio and translating that expertise into actionable enablement for Customer Success teams including Success Architects, Success Guides, Support Engineers, and Account Success stakeholders. You will act as an early adopter of new product features, participate in betas and pilots, and document best practices and architectural guidance to ensure customer success at scale. The role requires establishing strong relationships with Product Management leaders to surface product feedback and influence roadmap priorities, developing product requirements based on customer and partner input, and creating enablement materials for both technical and non-technical audiences. You will manage strategic initiatives across the product lifecycle including new product introductions, feature releases, migrations, and retirements. Excellent executive communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex product and customer information into clear strategic recommendations are key competencies.
