Sr. Manager, Technical Consulting - Telecommunications

This Senior Manager of Technical Consulting role is based within the Global Delivery Centre (GDC) and is responsible for leading, training, and building the careers of a technical consulting team specializing in the Telecommunications and Communications Cloud domain. You will be 25% billable as a senior technical architect on Financial Services and Telco domain projects, while simultaneously managing up to 35 direct reports including Technical Consultants, Architects, and Managers. The role involves leading functional and technical workshops, serving as a trusted advisor to clients, driving enterprise architecture and governance for large-scale engagements, and establishing architectural roadmaps. You will contribute to practice development by leading internal initiatives, creating team enablement programs, onboarding architects, and supporting hiring. Deep expertise in Salesforce Communications Cloud, Vlocity OmniStudio, and integration architecture is required, alongside strong people management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
