This Director/Senior Director role leads a team of Success Architects across Bangalore and Hyderabad, responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and adoption of Salesforce Agentforce solutions across all customer segments. You will build and develop a world-class technical customer success team, manage key metrics including CSAT, productivity, and outcome achievement, and act as an escalation point for high-severity customer issues. The role requires driving customer adoption of Agentforce capabilities, coaching your team on customer journey milestones, and building lasting executive relationships that support retention and expansion opportunities. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Business Operations to continuously improve the overall customer experience and represent the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders. A strong blend of technical depth, people leadership, and strategic customer engagement is essential, with Agentforce or CRM platform experience strongly preferred.
