This Program Manager role within the Customer Communications and Readiness (CC+R) team is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communications programs that help Salesforce customers successfully prepare for planned and unplanned technology change events, including product behavior changes and infrastructure upgrades. You will partner with internal stakeholders including product and engineering teams to gather technical information, translate complex concepts into clear customer-facing language, and execute end-to-end communications including content development, approvals, and scheduling. The role requires a strong customer advocacy mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to represent customer interests in internal planning sessions. You will also create, track, and report on success metrics, support an on-call schedule for emergency technology communications, and maintain impeccable attention to detail under tight deadlines. Experience working cross-functionally with product organizations and the ability to lead without direct authority are key expectations.
