This Principal Specialist Solutions Engineer role serves as a trusted technical and strategic advisor to Salesforce''s most important enterprise customers, combining deep industry knowledge with platform expertise to design solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. You will partner with Account Executives to drive end-to-end solution engagements, lead discovery sessions with customer executives, and design and deliver compelling demos, presentations, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for Salesforce Service Cloud. The role requires acting as an industry thought leader, shaping solution narratives with deep market insights, representing Salesforce at events and executive briefings, and contributing to pipeline generation through workshops, proposals, and RFP responses. You will mentor junior SEs, collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence product roadmap, and foster an inclusive, learning-first culture within the specialist SE community. Experience navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise buying cycles at CxO, IT, and line-of-business level is essential.
