Associate, Controls Testing - Bengaluru - 2026 ReEntry Program
This role is part of JPMorgan Chase's 2026 ReEntry Program, designed to help experienced professionals transition back into the workforce. As an Associate in Controls Testing, you will be responsible for executing independent testing of key controls across business processes to evaluate their design and operational effectiveness. You will develop and execute test plans, document findings, and communicate control deficiencies to relevant stakeholders. The role requires analyzing data and evidence to determine whether controls adequately mitigate identified risks, as well as collaborating with control owners and business teams to understand processes and validate remediation efforts. You will also contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies and support regulatory examination readiness.
