Architect FullStack
As a Full Stack Architect at Fractal, you will lead the technical design and architecture of complex, enterprise-grade web applications across the entire technology stack. You will define standards for frontend and backend development, establish scalable and resilient system architectures, and guide engineering teams on best practices. Your responsibilities will include evaluating and selecting appropriate technology frameworks, designing microservices architectures, and ensuring high availability and performance of production systems. You will collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. Additionally, you will mentor senior developers, conduct architecture reviews, and drive adoption of DevOps and cloud-native practices across the organization.
