Sales Planning Manager – Xactly Plan Expert
As a Sales Planning Manager and Xactly Plan Expert at Wolters Kluwer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the sales compensation planning process using the Xactly platform. You will design, configure, and maintain sales incentive compensation plans, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals. You will manage territory and quota planning processes, perform data analysis to evaluate plan effectiveness, and provide actionable insights and recommendations. Additionally, you will serve as the subject matter expert on Xactly Plan, troubleshoot system issues, lead platform enhancements, and ensure data integrity across all compensation-related systems. You will also be responsible for training end users and documenting processes.
