NFS QA/Test Developer
As an NFS QA/Test Developer, you will independently validate new features and enhancements in Ceph NFS with a strong understanding of NFS v3 and v4.x protocols. You will perform functional, regression, and stability testing across CephFS, NFS-Ganesha, and high-availability deployments. The role requires understanding and testing distributed storage architectures including MON, OSD, MDS, and RADOS components. You will design and maintain Python-based automation frameworks, integrate and execute test suites within CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, and validate failover, recovery, upgrades, and node/network failure scenarios. Debugging using Ceph, Ganesha, and client-side logs is expected, along with reporting defects with clear reproduction steps. You will own feature testing from design review through release sign-off, improve automation coverage, and ensure enterprise-grade reliability of Ceph NFS features.
