Package Consultant-SuccessFactors Core HR
As a Package Consultant for SuccessFactors Core HR, you will design and deploy HR technology solutions to establish key business capabilities and support strategic initiatives and operational improvements. You will provide expert consulting services by understanding clients' business processes and guiding them through the implementation journey. Key responsibilities include configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting key Employee Central functions such as business rules, workflows, position management, and MDF objects. You will analyze client requirements to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet their specific business needs, and deliver training and support to ensure smooth transitions and successful adoption of SuccessFactors Core HR solutions. Experience with internal and external EC integrations, data exchange protocols, and knowledge of additional SuccessFactors modules is important for designing comprehensive HR technology solutions across the platform.
