Process Delivery Specialist-Talent Development Optimization Processes
As a Process Analyst focused on Recruitment, you will collaborate with partners to deliver end-to-end recruitment support. You will take partial ownership of the sourcing life cycle, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and driving process success through proactive actions.
Your key responsibilities include defining, developing, planning, and executing sourcing strategies to build a qualified talent pipeline. You will assess candidate suitability and implement innovative sourcing methods for effective lead generation. Collaboration with business heads to establish Global Delivery Centre goals is also a core part of the role.
You will utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for screening candidates, maintain detailed selection criteria, and regularly update candidate statuses. Proficiency in leveraging social media and creative sourcing channels for candidate acquisition is expected. You should bring strong stakeholder management skills across requisition, sourcing, debriefing, and offer stages, along with a consultative, non-transactional mindset toward recruitment.
