As an Application Consultant for ServiceNow, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow modules to meet client requirements while ensuring alignment with ITIL processes and service management best practices. You will lead teams in building ServiceNow strategies based on value versus effort analysis and prepare detailed cost-benefit models to inform solution design and effort estimation.
Your responsibilities include tailoring solutions within budget guidelines, negotiating with clients for successful implementation, and contributing to solution design through effort estimation and costing. You will maintain deep technical expertise across web technologies such as XML, HTML, JSON, CSS, JavaScript, and Web Services, as well as technical components including LDAP, VPN, and SSL.
The role requires you to stay current with evolving ServiceNow capabilities and guide development teams in building solutions that adhere to project timelines and budget constraints. You will engage directly with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow configurations. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is preferred.
