Package Consultant-Commerce Transformation
As a Package Consultant focused on Commerce Transformation at IBM Consulting, you will work with clients to drive digital commerce transformation initiatives. The role involves leveraging commerce platforms and package solutions to help organizations modernize their commerce capabilities and improve customer experience.
You will be responsible for consulting with clients on commerce strategy, implementing and configuring commerce platforms, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives. This includes analyzing existing commerce processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending technology-driven solutions.
The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end commerce transformation projects, from requirements gathering through implementation and go-live support. You will work within IBM's consulting framework to drive meaningful change for clients across industries.
