As a Technical Architect specializing in the Automotive industry, you will support the full implementation lifecycle from scoping to deployment. You will be responsible for end-to-end enterprise application solutioning, designing and building Salesforce Automotive Cloud solutions.
You will lead a developer team focused on driving optimized client solutions, conduct functional and technical workshops, and serve as a trusted advisor to client Enterprise Architects and business stakeholders. Your role involves shaping the architectural vision and establishing program roadmaps for digital transformation.
Key responsibilities include leading integration efforts with external systems for seamless data flow and API interoperability, designing Automotive Cloud solutions to optimize business processes and enhance customer experiences. You will manage customer expectations, negotiate complex solutions with customers and third-party stakeholders, and proactively highlight and manage risk areas.
The ideal candidate brings expertise in Salesforce ecosystem technologies including OmniStudio, Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. Understanding of automotive industry processes such as Partner Visit Management, Sales Agreements, Warranty and Claims Lifecycle, and Inventory Management is critical. Strong knowledge of integration architecture, platform security, data architecture, and Apex design patterns is mandatory.
