Lead Data Quality Engineer
As a Lead Data Quality Engineer, you will design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for validating ETL workflows and data pipelines. You will perform end-to-end data validation, reconciliation, and data warehouse/database testing across large datasets. The role involves collaborating with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure data quality standards are met. You will develop reusable and scalable test automation frameworks using Python and SQL, and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and delivery. Validating data transformation logic and completeness across cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP is a core responsibility. You will also participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and story grooming. Experience with data observability tools and data governance concepts is a plus.
