Senior ServiceNow Developer New
This role is part of EY's GDS ServiceNow team, focused on implementing and customising the ServiceNow platform for enterprise clients. You will configure and customise ServiceNow modules including workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI actions to fulfil client service request requirements. The role involves performing integrations and process automation using Orchestration, Web Services, and SOAP, as well as loading and maintaining data between ServiceNow and external systems. You will gather business specifications, develop technical documentation, build dashboards and performance analytics reports, and conduct system and integration testing. Experience with modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, SecOps, or SPM is expected, along with a working knowledge of AI and emerging digital technologies.
