As an AI Lead L1, you will spearhead the development of minimum viable products (MVPs) and comprehensive AI solutions that deliver tangible business value to clients. You will lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle using modern AI techniques, including evaluating use cases, creating AI models and frameworks, designing user interfaces, and defining product solutions using appropriate AI architectures. The role involves analyzing technology environments and client requirements, implementing security features, performing root cause analysis, and tracking industry trends to plan current and future AI needs. You will manage client relationships with key strategic partners, drive product design consultations, participate in client interactions, respond to RFPs, and assist in product demonstrations. Additionally, you will be responsible for team management including talent forecasting, hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, career progression planning, and driving employee engagement initiatives.
