About the Role
Provide production support for healthcare EDI systems built on the EDIFECS platform. Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to HIPAA EDI transactions to ensure smooth processing and system reliability. Analyze production incidents, identify root causes, and implement long-term fixes in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Maintain documentation for system configurations, support procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Work closely with healthcare payer systems and ensure compliance with industry EDI standards while participating in shift-based support operations.
