DEVELOPER L3
As a Developer L3 at Wipro, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and maintaining software programs for operating systems or client-facing applications, ensuring they meet quality assurance standards. You will analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs, collaborating with functional teams and systems analysts to investigate and document software needs.
Your day-to-day work involves writing clean, bug-free code, performing root cause analysis on system issues, and identifying opportunities to improve system performance and availability. You will develop and automate software validation processes by designing and executing test cases and usage scenarios, and you will modify existing software to fix errors, upgrade interfaces, or adapt to new hardware.
You are expected to maintain comprehensive documentation including flowcharts, diagrams, and code comments throughout the software development lifecycle. Regular status reporting and coordination with project managers and team members is essential to ensure on-time delivery. You will also gather client requirements, incorporate feedback iteratively, and maintain professional communication with all stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
