GM - Business Solutions
As a General Manager - Business Solutions, you will own the overall solution blueprint and roadmap while working closely with clients to articulate business problems and translate them into appropriate solution designs. You will lead the design and development of solutions that meet client needs using your expertise in solution architecture, particularly within the telecom services domain including field operations, location-based services, and maps operations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements is central to this role. You will be responsible for communicating technical findings effectively to stakeholders and supporting commercial constructs including cost assumptions, resource pyramids, and overheads. Staying current with the latest advancements in solution architecture and planning to maintain competitive advantage is expected. A minimum of 15 years of experience in solution architecture within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 BPO organization is required, along with a master's or bachelor's degree in a related field.
