Join the Intelligent Operations and Automation (IOA) team as a Senior Product Engineer, helping build a platform that supports AI-powered operations. You will work across multiple products including a cloud platform for process optimization, AI coding agents, and specialized AI agents. Your day-to-day involves designing and evolving the core architecture of the platform, setting technical standards, and taking ownership of complex projects. You will work on a fast-evolving TypeScript codebase using technologies such as Webpack, React, Node.js, Electron, and GraphQL. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to solve challenging technical and business problems. Participation spans the full development lifecycle including scoping, design, estimation, coding, testing, debugging, code reviews, maintenance, and support. You will also evaluate and implement proofs of concept using the latest AI tools and models. Success is measured by your ability to independently develop projects to deliver business value while maintaining top-notch software quality in design, implementation, and documentation. This is a remote-first role with flexible working hours.
