As a Tech Lead/Senior Tech Lead – FPGA Design & Verification, you will lead end-to-end FPGA development activities including requirements analysis, architecture design, RTL development, verification, and hardware integration. You will develop and validate VHDL-based designs, create test benches, perform simulation and coverage analysis, and optimize designs to meet performance and timing constraints. The role involves FPGA synthesis, place-and-route, timing closure, CDC analysis, and board-level integration with components such as ADC, DAC, and memory interfaces. You will ensure compliance with DO-254 processes, contribute to audit documentation, and support SOI reviews. Additionally, you will mentor engineers, manage work breakdown and risk identification, and drive successful project execution across multidisciplinary teams.
