About the Role
As a Principal Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and building highly scalable, enterprise-grade SaaS platforms within Salesforce’s AI Cloud. This role involves end-to-end ownership of fullstack components, including backend microservices and modern web interfaces, with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and performance. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to drive architectural decisions and deliver AI-powered conversational and agentic solutions. The position also includes mentoring engineers, influencing platform-wide technical strategy, and ensuring high-quality production systems.
