Key member of BCN Staffing team responsible for maintaining accurate staffing reports and supporting financial tracking. Manage staffing processes and databases, prepare dashboards, conduct zero-defect analysis, and provide insights to leadership. Execute staffing, billing, and feedback surveys while coordinating with CoE Leads and Managers. Create efficiency models to identify billing leakages and perform resource mapping at various organizational levels. Support staffing team with project-level information capture and provide guidance on staffing best practices. Requires 2-3 years experience in staffing, resource management, or data analytics with strong Excel skills and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx.
