Lead the design and delivery of large-scale, production-grade Applied AI solutions within the Banking and Financial Services domain. Act as a hands-on architect and senior technical authority for complex AI/ML and GenAI systems, defining technology roadmaps, standards, and best practices. Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, MLOps frameworks, and cloud-native AI platforms, including LLM training, fine-tuning, prompt and context engineering, and agentic AI integrations. Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to embed AI solutions into products and services, mentor engineers, drive innovation, and ensure secure, reliable, and compliant AI adoption across the organization.
