Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation and support programs, ensuring delivery aligned with client objectives, scope, timelines, and budgets. Manage project planning, scheduling, risk and issue mitigation, stakeholder communication, and governance across multiple service delivery assignments. Oversee resources, vendors, and financials, including cost control, profitability, and billing. Drive configuration and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications such as HCM, SCM, ERP, and PPM, prepare executive-level status reporting, and ensure adherence to Oracle implementation methodologies and strong project management practices.
